To ensure the superior quality of our products, we are equipped with industry-leading German KUSTER hot rolling mills and German ENKA spinnerets. The precision microporous design of the German ENKA spinnerets allows the polypropylene melt to be extruded into fine and uniform fibers, with a single filament denier consistently around 1.9 denier, resulting in dense and uniformly distributed fibers. Combined with the precise temperature control and high-pressure hot pressing technology of the German KUSTER hot rolling mill, the fibers bond more firmly and are subjected to more even stress. The finished product is not only soft and skin-friendly but also has excellent tensile strength in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, making it perfectly suited for the production needs of disposable hygiene products such as pet mats.
