· Raw Materials & Manufacturing Process

Made from polypropylene (PP) spunmelt non-wovens, featuring uniform fiber fineness, flat and spot-free fabric surface, and a soft, thick hand feel. Key equipment includes Japanese KASEN spinnerets and German KUSTER hot rollers, ensuring product consistency and stability.

· Functional Modification

Offers in-line hydrophilic, water-repellent, ultra-soft, elastic, and anti-static treatments to meet the requirements of different diaper components. For example, hydrophilic top sheets accelerate liquid absorption; water-repellent back sheets enhance leak protection; and elastic leak guards improve fit.

· Production Capacity & Customization

Equipped with SSSS/SMS/SMMS and perforated production lines, with an annual output of 35,000 tons. The product range covers a basis weight of 9–70g/㎡ and a width of 150–3200mm, supporting customization of colors, embossing patterns, and functional treatments.
