The biggest difference between the spunbond production process and the chemical fiber spinning is the use of air draft and direct net formation, so the drafting of spunbond becomes the core of the technology. The previous drafting is mechanical drawing, the fiber monofilament is coarser and the network is not uniform. At present, airflow drafting technology has been adopted in all the world's spunbonded production equipment. There are three different forms of spunbond production line because of different airflow drafting methods, such as tubular drafting, wide slit drafting, narrow seams and so on.
The spunbonded non-woven fabric technology has been to improve the capacity of the production line and solve the problems of uniformity, cover and rough feeling of non-woven fabric, in order to improve the strength, softness, uniformity, comfort and hygroscopicity of the spunbonded non-woven fabric.
Fine spun spunbonded nonwoven fabrics can directly improve the softness and comfort of spunbonded nonwovens. However, the fine fragmentation of the spunbond has a technical bottleneck, such as the increase in the number of fibrous roots within the unit area of the spunbonded nonwoven fabric, the increase of the "bonding point" between the fiber and the fiber, and the product will become more uniform and the coverage rate increases.
